My name is Schuyler Meyer (pronounced Sky-lar My-er).
Recently I graduated from Clarkson University with a degree in Software Engineering and one class short of a second degree in Digital Arts and Sciences (which I plan on finishing soon). While at Clarkson, I worked as a photographer for both the Athletics and Marketing departments. During this time, I was credentialed to photograph both the 2018 and 2019 NCAA D1 Women’s Ice Hockey Frozen Four Tournaments in Minnesota and Connecticut, respectively; The first NCAA Women’s Ice Hockey games played outside of North America (in Belfast, N. Ireland); And numerous other NCAA D1 and D3 sports, and events.
In addition to sports, I also photographed alumni events, TEDx talks, banner raisings, graduations and commencements, speakers, workshops, fashion shows, and award and scholarship winners.
Also during this time, I got to shoot an inaugural season of a professional arena football team, professional baseball, and even a EIHL game for Broken Bat Media, which I was contributing to at the time. My work has also been featured by BBC Sport NI, USA Hockey, the Hockey Hall of Fame, the NWHL, the NCAA, USCHO, the AHL, the ECAC, The Ice Garden, Title IX Hockey, Windspeaker.org, Clarkson University, Yale University, Boston College, and the Albany Empire (AFL).
More recently, I have officially shot for the NWHL and the Connecticut Whale. I also continue to shoot for Clarkson Athletics from time to time.
